It's me again.
Full transparency, this was posted five days into the month because:
Busy last days of February/first days of March
Lack of motivation to choose a poem from the vault
Lack of inspiration to edit said poem
Imposter syndrome
Either way, never on schedule but always on time, as the inspiration eventually struck and gave a fitting option with "Pisces Rising."
Fitting, mostly because it's Pisces season.
Maybe others that have Pisces as their rising sign can relate, maybe not. Just giving my honest experiences whenever I can!
Enjoy!
Pisces Rising.
Observe closely
as constellations form small streams above night clouds.
Watching the sky’s trigger finesse its fingers
on misty hammers
that cause shooting stars
to traipse along the horizon.
Fluid through the blowback
as scales tip themselves.
Dodging wishes from below,
playing out all the dreams that spawn from them.
Quiet today,
not for a lack of words,
but to study the art of the moment in totality.
Guiding the color palette
only when necessary
with imagined colors and shades.
Playing with the imperfect symmetry of duality.
Boisterous tomorrow,
not for a surplus of words,
but to relish in the way energies momentarily shift to them.
Transforming auras into living collages.
Glass panes of windows to the soul
stained with caricatures depicting the future.
Kaleidoscopes only they can decipher.
To their eyes
it's really more of a diamond inscription loupe.
Magnifying the true meaning
of conversations
to 20x the surface value.
Rolling up their sleeves to the elbow,
preparing their wrists to breathe
and beam onto the canvas of a cloud,
or a snowflake,
or a passing plane.
It’s not for them to decide.
They just gently go with the flow
from star to star,
whether it hits a dam or a waterfall.
